Presentation
OZO offers a range of 36V Lithium PVC batteries (no casing) assembled in France using PANASONIC cells. Designed for e-bike electrification, refurbishment of pedelec or scooter packs, these batteries are delivered with power and charge connectors and include a BMS (charge/discharge regulation, temperature monitoring and cell balancing). Installation in an enclosure or bag is recommended to protect against shocks and moisture.

Compatibility and options

• Available capacities: from 100Wh to 1800Wh depending on variant.
• 100Wh, 250Wh and 350Wh batteries are compatible with the 250W kit.
• For capacities ≥ 700Wh, BMS is rated (up to 60A continuous / 100A peak depending on variant) for use with controllers from 15A to 60A.
• Connector options: charge connector JACK or Anderson, power connector Anderson PP30. Customisation of connectors and BMS available (higher discharge current options).

Fast charging and solar

• 1000Wh and larger batteries are compatible with fast charging (reduced recharge times — examples shown in the table below).
• All OZO 36V PVC batteries are compatible with solar charging via a suitable MPPT charge controller.

Energy regeneration

• Compatible with regenerative braking for direct‑drive motors: braking or downhill recovery can partially recharge the battery and extend range.
