The SHARP - L automatic cutting machine is designed for automatic cutting of large volumes of leather for the upholstery and leather goods industry. It features an advanced camera system that captures the profile of the leather on the cutting table. The system automatically detects defects and pre-marked quality areas. The automatic marking function allows to place patterns, molds or templates efficiently, taking into account both, defects and quality areas of the leather. The single layer cutter is available with 1, 2 or 3 working stations: preparation area, cutting area and evacuation area.
