The OrangePit dredging pump is engineered for high-concentration dredging and abrasive slurries. Double-curved impeller blades enhance hydraulic efficiency and reduce the risk of blockages. For dry installation the unit becomes self-priming when the intake reaches approximately 60% fill level. The submersible variant includes an additional seal set on the drive shaft for improved protection of bearings and gearbox. Pumps are built from separate wear-resistant parts to allow fast on-site replacement and lower life-cycle costs. Standard models offer adjustable casting/mounting positions for straightforward integration into existing dredgers. Available in sizes from 6" to 30", the range provides optimized suction capacity with low energy consumption and simplified maintenance procedures.
