NFC Compatibility enables quick and easy device interaction, while Itinerary Planning empowers you to map out your adventures with precision. Plus, with Notification Reminders, you'll never miss an important update or maintenance task again. - NFC Compatible: Users can add a device via NFC or scan a QR code with the serial number. - Beacon Status: On the sMRT ALERT, users can check the ‘Beacon Status’ for any device, not just their own. If the device is ARMED, it will be shown as ARMED and OFF if not armed. - Battery Status: Battery status can be checked. The app does not show a percentage or total time remaining, but when past a threshold, it will indicate that service is required. - Test Status: Users can see the test history of the beacon. Three greens mean everything has passed; any red means there is a fault. If a fault is detected, retest is advised, and if the failure continues, service is required. The test process takes around 10 minutes. - Paired MMSI: Users can pair their device to the vessel's MMSI and can add a maximum of 9. - Journey Planner: Users can submit their itinerary, detail their journey, specify who they are with, and send it to their emergency contacts.
