Description
The ratchet function has been added to the handle based on the stainless steel hand winch model ESB (Electropolishing), so it can be wound up and down by left and right reciprocating motion.
You can work directly on the wall or floor, even in narrow spaces where the handles cannot be turned.
This model can also be used as a rotating winch like the model ESB.With the stopper mechanism contained in a hermetically enclosed special clutch cover, you can work to wind up and down the target equipment without the risk of malfunction.
