This heavy-duty MegaYacht double cross bollard is engineered for high-load marina and superyacht mooring where strength, reliability and corrosion resistance are essential. Manufactured from GX5CrNiMo19-11-2 (1.4408) marine-grade stainless steel with a high-polish finish, the bollard delivers a breaking load >30 tons (≥100 kN) and a minimum Working Load Limit (WLL) of 10 tons. The double-cross geometry ensures even load distribution across the reinforced base plate and multiple fixing points, reducing local stress on the supporting structure. Wide, radiused horns accommodate large-diameter mooring lines, reducing line wear and improving handling safety. The reinforced base plate with 8 M16 bolt connections enables secure load transfer into concrete pontoons, quay decks or steel substructures.
