OverviewThe MP12 is an open motorboat designed for versatile day use and short cruises. At 12.70 m overall length with a 4.05 m beam, it accommodates up to 14 persons and delivers wide deck areas and adaptable layouts. Powerful outboards (up to three 450 hp engines) are integrated on a dedicated structural frame for handling and safety. A carbon-fibre hard top and uprights reduce weight while increasing structural rigidity. Space Shell upholstery (exclusive to Marcopolo) keeps sunpads and seating cool under direct sun. The triple-step hull, developed through CFD, is tuned for stability and efficiency across speeds. Recycled PET cores and honeycomb polypropylene components reduce weight without compromising strength.
InteriorsThe MP12 offers practical interior accommodation for short cruises: two cabins and four berths. Natural wood finishes, refined textiles and ambient LED lighting create a calm onboard atmosphere. The forward double cabin and aft cabin with twin berths provide comfortable sleeping arrangements; a bathroom with separate shower adds convenience. Intelligent storage and modular solutions maximise usability while materials selected for marine use ensure durability. Carbon-fibre details and Dinamica-like coverings combine lightweight performance with resilience.
Materials and sustainabilityPrimary construction in glass fiber with selected use of recycled PET cores and honeycomb polypropylene to lower weight and environmental impact. Carbon-fibre elements used for structural hard top and uprights. Upholstery in Space Shell (Marcopolo exclusive) for thermal comfort.
