Beech wood with consistent colour resulting from heat treatment (without chemical additives). Beech plank in 3-layer construction, bevelled (2.5 mm) on the long side and with approx. 2,5 - 4 mm top layer, with approx. 4 mm backing in the same wood and middle layer conifer. Tongue and groove on all sides for easy installation. Through the balanced surface optic with individual branch knots, this hard wood fits easily into both modern and traditional rooms. WOOD TREATMENT: Vulcano - Vulcano woods are thermo treated. The woods are proverbially baked without chemical additives and are therefore given a darker shade across the entire material crosscut. Vulcano therefore represents a responsible and ecological alternative to tropical woods. TYPE OF PLANK: Symmetric-three-layer-construction with bevel on long side (depending on product: small, big, hand-planed) and all side tongue and groove for end to end laying.
