Since the foundationof the Elkuch Waste Solutions division in 1996, numerous projects with wet waste disposal plants and waste water treatment for canteen kitchens, officebuildings, hotels, airport catering, marine, hospitals and universities have been realized worldwide. Up to 100,000 meals per day can be disposed of by vacuum and stored temporarily for further processing (e.g. biogas or fertilizer). Hygiene plays a particularly important role in this process.
