Today's increasingly greasy wastewater leads to clogging problems in sewer systems. The responsible authorities are alarmed and are looking for solutions to get this problem under control. As a solution to this problem, the Hydronetik-system was designed for greasy kitchen waste water. The system treats the greasy waste wa-ter and enables the intermediate storage of waste materials until they are disposed. Impressively efficient is a 3-stage process, where the greasy waste water is fed directly into the system and treated without flocculants. The newly integrated dissolved air flotation system allows the emulsions to be retained in the basic tank which cause problems for the sewer system. A huge advantage is the constant reducing water content process, so that disposal costs can be saved for the customer and a better efficiency is reached for biogas production. The ventilation of the system is routed through the roof and connected with the tanker vehicle dur-ing the disposal process. Odor neutralization if no ventilation through the roof is available or lifting units can be installed additionally. Finally, the compact design is manufactured in a single unit and can be used in the tightest of spaces to give the customer a modern waste water treatment unit.
