OverviewThe Karver KGL40 V2 gooseneck release is an evolution of the model already fitted on hundreds of catamarans worldwide. Its purpose is to ensure the gooseneck slide releases automatically and stows into the lazy bag without demanding work on the boom. Composed of two parts, the mechanism runs more smoothly and produces significantly less friction. It can be used with a single or 2:1 purchase halyard. For long passages where the gooseneck slide remains constantly under load, the system can be locked. The KGL40 V2 is available with or without KMS40 slide carriages. Carriages can be adapted to Antal, Harken and Ronstan tracks.
