Kahlenberg Air and Steam Whistles are distinctive, powerful signals backed by decades of successful performance in marine and industrial applications throughout the world. Known as a familiar "tug boat whistle", the 116 Chrome Whistle is also specified as a secondary signaling device in addition to the Kahlenberg Air Horn on large pleasurecraft. All Kahlenberg Whistles are made of cast bronze, with a one piece brass bell. This whistle operates with electric solenoid or other actuating valves of 3/8" pipe size or greater.
