Jerryborg Marine floating oil hose is designed for offshore oil discharge. It is a self-floating hose that transfers crude oil and petroleum products from offshore vessels and mooring systems. The floating oil hose is suitable for most media, such as oil (up to 50 percent aromatic content), water, brine, barite, cement, etc.
Jerryborg Marine floating oil hoses are designed and produced in full compliance with OCIMF standards. Our marine floating oil hoses are manufactured and tested in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
Mainline floating hose
Marine floating hoses are typically used to transport crude oil and various liquid petroleum products.
- One end reinforced half floating hose
This floating hose is mainly employed to link with single point mooring or CALM float systems, enabling the transfer of cargo oil and petroleum fluids between FPSO units and tankers.
- Oil tanker rail floating hose
They are usually mounted on the side of the ship and are used for the connection between pipeline end manifold (PLEMs) of the FPSO unit.
- Reducing floating hose
Usually constructed to achieve an effective connection between a large diameter trunking hose and a small diameter rubber oil hose.
Suitable for connection between tanker rail hoses and mainline hoses
Inner tube: Oil-resistant NBR compounded synthetic rubber for very smooth crude oil transport.
Reinforcement: Multi-layer high tensile strength synthetic cord fabric with embedded spiral steel wire.
Safety Lining: Special construction to prevent defects or damage due to accidental tearing or surface damage to the main liner.
