The plug for this mould is one of the lasting legacies of Aylings Racing Boats, brought across by Brian McMullan after the closure of Aylings. This is the shape that was rowed by Sir Steve Redgrave and Sir Matthew Pinsent during their domination of the Coxless Pairs event in the 1990s. This heavyweight shape is 9.9m long and available from 80kg to 110kg average weight.
