Description

Fender bump FF8 Dock fender kit with IB2 fixing system with inflatable from 1 to 1.35m in length The IB2 system is the older brother of the IB1, designed for larger vessels or in less protected moorings. The brackets integrally made in INOX 316 of 28mm allow to anchor the fender to the dock preventing it from moving at the moment of the collision. The installation is extremely simple and you can move the defense and adjust it in depth by simply turning two nuts. The solid fender heads ensure protection in case of deflation. Unlike the bumper, it does not damage the boat with friction, so it is not necessary to keep the ship's defenses hanging. Suitable for any type of boat and for installation both on the dock and on the finger with a standard lane of 16 to 18 mm. The kit contains: 2 complete brackets with IB2 flanges and 316 stainless steel screws 1 PVC resin defense to choose between 1, 1.2 and 1.35 m It is delivered pre-assembled and deflated. Options; 1: 1m and 22cm defense 2: 1.2m and 22cm defense. 3; 1.35m and 26cm defense. * Our opinion: With this system we manage to forget to put on and take off the defenses every time we sail, the classic bumper is too hard to use on the finger, it ends up breaking and destroying the ship. The vinyl of the defense is more ductile and adapts completely to the profile of the hull of the ship, which translates into greater life for the hull and comfort on board.
