The Cut-away marine safety helmet Gecko is an open-face variant designed to allow the use of ear defenders without compromising head protection. Based on the Gecko open-face platform, the cut-away sections remove the side shells while maintaining compliance with marine helmet standard PAS 028:2002. The helmet accepts sticky-pad grip attachments for torches or cameras; it does not include side insert mounts.
