Practical & Durable - Our unique inflatable design allows each Day Shape and Anchor Ball to be collapsed for easy and light storage. - Constructed from a lightweight frame and black HDPVC material and to compliant sizes, e.g. the size of the Anchor Ball is not less than the required 0.6-metre diameter. Fully Compliant - All Fendequip Inflatable Day Shapes are fully compliant with The Merchant Shipping (Distress Signals and Prevention of Collisions) Regulations 1996, which incorporates the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1972. The Merchant Shipping (Distress Signals and Prevention of Collisions) Regulations 1996 regulations state, with regards to the specifications of Day Shapes: - Shapes shall be black and of the following sizes: - (i) a ball shall have a diameter of not less than 0.6 metre; - (ii) a cone shall have a base diameter of not less than 0.6 metre and a height equal to its diameter; - (iii) a cylinder shall have a diameter of at least 0.6 metre and a height of twice its diameter - (iv) a diamond shape shall consist of two cones as defined in (ii) above having a common base.
