Parallel Hybrid Transmission (PHT) for High-Efficiency Hybrid Systems with Diesel Engines (200–3000 HP) The Parallel Hybrid Transmission (PHT) is a high-performance hybrid transmission designed for heavy-duty marine and industrial applications. Engineered for diesel engines from 200 HP up to 3000 HP, the PHT installs easily using SAE-standard connections between the diesel engine and the marine gearbox. The unit features an elastic coupling for direct flywheel connection and a high-strength electromagnetic clutch (24 VDC or 110 VDC) that allows the diesel engine to be engaged or disengaged from the driveline as needed. Its highly efficient helicoidal gear train ensures maximum power transfer and reduced energy loss. With integrated gear ratios of 1.27, 1.47, or 1.70, the PHT significantly increases the effectiveness of electric power at the driveline, enabling superior hybrid performance and market-leading efficiency.
