Construction

The door leaf consists of two steel sheets bonded to an internal steel frame.
Non-combustible mineral wool is used as insulation.
Edge profiles and hinges are stainless steel.
The internal structure uses 2 mm galvanized steel profiles for strength.
The frame is a steel box profile with pre-drilled assembly holes to attach the partition panel.

Surfaces

Door leaves are finished with a PVC foil; frames receive electrostatic powder coating.
Door leaf finishes are available in a wide selection of PVC colours and textures, or optional stainless steel.
