Overview
The Dufour 39 is a 12 m (39 ft) sailing yacht designed for versatile navigation: high-performing under sail, easy to manoeuvre and created to offer generous living spaces on board. Born from the collaboration between Umberto Felci and Luca Ardizio, the Dufour 39 features a chined hull, a single rudder for direct helm feedback and a modern silhouette. Built using vacuum infusion for the hull and injection moulding for the deck to ensure structural rigidity and long-term durability.

Three versions available
The Dufour 39 is offered in three distinct deck/deckhouse layouts so owners can tailor the boat to their sailing philosophy:

• Minimalist: focuses on essentials, open transom, fluid circulation and direct contact with the water.
• Comfort: enhances life on board with a Skylounge cockpit, central aft bench seat, folding helm seats, large cockpit table, integrated seaside kitchen, removable swim platform and a dedicated foredeck lounge area.
• Performance: aimed at sailors seeking precision and crewed sailing performance — multiple winches, two-dimensional genoa trimming, oversized mainsail traveller and square-top mainsail.

Living spaces & interior
The generous beam from the bow creates notable interior volumes for a 39-footer. Natural light is maximised through large coachroof glazing and a large coachroof window in the owner’s cabin to maintain a continuous connection with the horizon. The interior offers modular layouts (two- or three-cabin versions) and flexible secondary spaces: storage can be transformed into an office or an additional bathroom; wet locker can be converted into a separate shower cabin. The saloon features convertible elements and a longitudinal galley to support convivial and functional living on board.

Construction & materials
Hull manufactured by vacuum infusion; deck manufactured by injection moulding. These processes improve mechanical performance, reliability and occupational safety while reducing volatile emissions during build. Millesime 2026 interior choices emphasise natural light, soft tones, light wood and textiles (many fabrics selected from recycled materials) for a calm, refined on-board atmosphere.

Deck & cockpit
The cockpit is designed as a living space adaptable to cruising or social life: twin helm stations for precise manoeuvring, modular cockpit layouts, large cockpit table and options such as seaside kitchen and plancha station for onboard entertaining. Deck layout options allow the yacht to be configured from short cruises to long-distance passages and regatta participation.

Power & energy management (ODSea+ options)
Available with conventional diesel propulsion and with Dufour’s ODSea+ intelligent electric/hybrid solution. ODSea+ centralises energy production and consumption, prioritises renewable sources (solar, hydro-generation where fitted) and offers an integrated user interface for simplified onboard energy management.

Millesime 2026 ambiance
The 2026 specification conveys a refined, serene atmosphere: bright living spaces, rounded furniture lines, light wood finishes and textiles chosen for comfort and sustainability. Multiple upholstery and finish packs are offered so owners can personalise style and materials.
