Food waste shredder DT-3030SR

The DT-3030SR is a heavy-duty food waste disposer specifically designed for processing tough food waste onboard ships and offshore installations. The disposer allows for efficient processing of large bones, animal skins, and long fibrous materials that can often cause blockages and motor overload alarms in standard disposers. The discharged food waste slurry can be conveyed to an intermediate holding tank or directly discharged in compliance with MARPOL regulations. The DT-3030SR features a heavy-duty shredder for pre-treatment of food waste, as well as a quality grinding unit with built in hardness from a special cast steel alloy for final processing. The DT-3030SR can be integrated with both gravity drain- (DeliGrav) and vacuum conveying (DeliVac) systems. This flexibility ensures seamless integration into a variety of waste management setups.
