The design combines contemporary lines with practical onboard systems, prioritizing the following aspects:

• Design & performance A sleek silhouette with an inverted bow and softened deck lines, increasing internal volume and improving seakeeping and handling.
• Manoeuvrability & safety Central cockpit, deeply moulded into the deck, offering a protected helm station with redesigned ergonomics and optimized visibility for safe manoeuvres.
• Autonomy & comfort Extensive solar array for sustainable power, a multifunction display to manage onboard systems and energy, and enlarged living spaces designed to enhance owner privacy and wellbeing.

Design intent Designed by Berret-Racoupeau Yacht Design, the AMEL 50.2 is an evolution of the AMEL 50, retaining the brand's proven solutions while introducing sleeker exterior lines, a slightly wider hull, an inverted bow and an updated keel to improve handling. The centrally located, deeply moulded cockpit has been reworked to facilitate manoeuvres and movement on deck while improving visibility.
