Changzhou Youbang Boat Co., Ltd. is located in Zhonglou District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, the dock of the factory besides the canal which is connected with Changjiang River. It is well-located and easy to access. The land space of our factory at present is about 20021m2, registered capability is 10,000,000RMB, the factory has 4500m2 work shop and 3200m2 steel construction work shop, has qualification for gradeⅡboat building. Now the factory has about 40 workers: 12 FRP workers, 28 steel and aluminum welding workers, including 10 engineers and technicians, 1 senior engineers, 3 quality auditors. The factory has ability of making all kinds of FRP, Aluminum, Steel, Aluminum+FRP, Steel+FRP, Steel+Aluminum boats. The factory has domestic advanced level full digital automatic aluminum welding machine, it can produce all kinds of aluminum boats. The boat building uses computer design, laying off, NC cutting material, CO2 gas shielded arc welding, automatic welding and so on advanced technology, section construction, final assembly and other pipeline operations, continuous manufacture, high mechanization. All kinds of large steel processing equipment and all kinds of metal cutting comprise the principal manufacturing equipment... everything is here. The factory has design and building ability for all kinds of boats which below 80m length in Changjiang River and offshore waters. The factory strictly constructs the boats according to the criterion of CCS and ZC (China maritime affair bureau) and gets high praises from ship inspection department.
