Product introduction: Quick release hook (QRH) is a specialized equipment used for rope winding, mooring and release. Features: There are horizontal type and vertical type QRH, and the QRH can be released by manual, hydraulic and electric system. Release System: 1. Manual Release This type is suitable for one or several QRHs with single or double hooks. The QRH includes hooks, hook arm, manual release lever, hook frame, etc. Structure is simple, compact, space utilization high. Manual release can be done by placing the removable stainless-steel release lever in the hook and pull. 2. Electric Actuator Release This structure uses electric push rod or small motor to drive the reducer to release the cable.It is currently the most widely used. It includes hooks, hook arm, hook frame, eclectric release system, control box, etc. Structure is simple, compact, space utilization high. Press the button on the local control box or remote control computer, after 1-2 seconds, the hook will automatically disengage. 3. Hydraulic Actuator Release This structure uses hydraulic cylinder to release the cable. It includes hooks, hook arm, hook frame, hydraulic drive device, control box, etc. Compact structure, small site space, high safety. Simply press the corresponding button to release the cable.
