Overview
The Binks DVX automatic air spray gun series features a redesigned fluid body and air caps to reduce turbulence between coating and air during trigger actuation. The result is higher flow rates for faster application, improved transfer efficiency, a highly consistent spray pattern and superior finish quality. DVX guns are suited to low-pressure air spray of liquid coatings including waterborne and solventborne systems, high-solid urethanes, epoxies and enamels.

New manifold & back end design
DVX automatic guns incorporate a cam-lock quick-release manifold and more widely spaced fluid and air inlets for simpler installation and maintenance. The redesigned back end supports ratchet or fixed needle travel as standard selections, requires fewer turns for full adjustment, allows easier housing removal for repair and enables fluid-packing replacement without removing the fluid manifold from the body.
