Description

Balcony, one of the latest custom made product, born from Besenzoni’s research: a technological masterwork, made for yachts of over 35 meters that allows the shipowner to enjoy a spectacular sea view from an absolutely exclusive position. Balcony is a balcony-window to be installed at the bow section at the height of the owner’s cabin, where the curvature of the ship’s side makes it difficult to customize the yacht. Balcony is made of two elements, window and balcony, which can also be moved independently, to be operated by the shipowner by the use of a comfortable touch screen, positioned in the cabin. With a simple touch, the lower part of Balcony, through a translatory and rotational motion, becomes a balcony equipped with stainless steel stanchions which automatically exit from their hidden storage to secure the area. This creates a comfortable parlour that allows the shipowner to face the sea directly from his own cabin. When it is closed, Balcony harmonizes perfectly with the ship’ side because of its horizontal and vertical curvature which follow the ship’s profile. No hinges are used to connect the window and the balcony to the yacht, for a maximum clean design. • Powder coated stainless steel frame and counterframe • Hydraulic handling • Locking system with hydraulic pin locks • Predisposition for adjusting onboard • Emergency avoids device to unlock in case of emerge • Sensor to avois water in and obstacles • Silicon polymeric gasket water resistant • Preset for fiberglass special couvering • Manual stanchions in polished stainless steel with rope or automatic folding hydraulic system
