OverviewThe Oceanis 37.1 completes the seventh-generation Oceanis line. Launched as the eighth model since 2017, it combines modern hull lines, an open cockpit concept and eco-friendly options such as the Iro‑Deck cockpit floor and an optional electric propulsion pod.
Design- Naval designer: Marc Lombard
- Exterior/interior design: Nauta Design
The deck layout is very open with no backstay. A generous double-spreader rig improves performance while all running rigging is led aft to two winches for easy short-handed handling. Instruments, including a 7-inch plotter, are grouped at the starboard helm. The hull shape uses a flared/tulip principle to optimise underwater flow, increase stability and internal volume.
Awards- European Yacht of the Year — Nominated 2024
- Voile Magazine — Nominated 2024

Main points & options- Two main versions: standard with self‑tacking jib; First Line with square‑top mainsail and genoa for enhanced performance.
- Iro‑Deck (iroko) as teak alternative for a uniform finish, improved durability and reduced cracking risk.
- Electric propulsion option: 12 kW electric pod with 10 kWh batteries for silent, low‑emission cruising (suitable for inland waterways).
InteriorThe interior offers exceptional volume: the saloon is comparable to a 40‑footer, offset to port with a long galley opposite a U‑shaped seating area and a table for six. The forward cabin features large hull portholes. In the 2‑bath layout the owner berth is offset to starboard. The standard aft layout includes a king‑size double and a large sail locker accessible from inside and out.
