Curved Laminated Glass is a high-performance safety glass designed to hold together when shattered. In case of breakage, it remains in place thanks to a special interlayer – typically polyvinyl butyral (PVB) or ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) – bonded between two or more layers of glass. This prevents the glass from breaking into large, sharp pieces and creates the characteristic “spider web” cracking pattern when the impact is not strong enough to pierce the glass completely.
In addition to conventional thermal tempering, we also offer chemical tempering, which provides:
