Overview
The AQLRL Liferaft Light is a lithium-battery emergency light designed for integration with liferafts. It provides an external flashing beacon for visual signalling and an internal steady white light for reading instructions and basic interior illumination. Both lights activate automatically when the liferaft inflates and can also be operated manually.

Fitting

• Disconnect the wire connector to separate the external light from the main body.
• Unscrew the fixing ring from the external light and secure it to the apex fabric of the liferaft canopy; ensure the rubber sealing ring is seated correctly.
• Install the internal light inside the liferaft using the provided buckle.
• Fit the O-shaped ring so it is held in place and will be pulled free automatically when the liferaft inflates.
• Reconnect the external light to the main body using the wire connector after installation.

Operation

• When the liferaft inflates the O-shaped ring is pulled free, releasing the switch clip and activating both the internal steady light and the external flashing beacon.
