PEDAYAK ELECTRIC CLASSIC is the world's first ellectrically powered kayak and the smallest existing electric boat.
PEDAYAK ELECTRIC CLASSIC is a "hands-free" kayak with hybrid electric and/or muscular propulsion, manoeuvrable, stable, versatile and modular.
It allows either 100% electric and/or 100% muscular propulsion, or a combination of both.
It is a concentrate of technological innovations.
It features:
- A muscular propulsion system with pedals and propeller.
- An electric propulsion system, controlled by a removable remote control.
- A steering system with tiller and rudder controlled by a stick.
This combination allows for surprising manoeuvrability and agility, forward or reverse.
Autonomy in duration (without pedalling):
- 25 hours at minimum speed
- 6 hours at average speed
- 1,2 hours at maximum speed.
Autonomy in range (without pedalling):
- 67 km at minimum speed
- 35 km at average speed
- 8 km at maximum speed.
The precise curve of autonomy as a function of speed is provided in the instructions manual to allow the users to manage their trip.
