Description
VIRTUS DOVER 232 is a polyester spatula filler formulated for levelling surface imperfections on metallic substrates, including galvanized sheet. Its fine grain and degassing during production provide a smooth, pinhole-free finish.

Additional information
The fine granulometry of VIRTUS DOVER 232 enables effective levelling of defects. The product is manufactured with equipment that eliminates air during processing, preventing pinholing.

• Cures rapidly in cold conditions and remains stable on the spatula in hot conditions
• Use exclusively with catalyst type 219
• When properly mixed with catalyst 219 does not stain topcoats
• Easy and quick sanding with fine-grit paper both after 20–30 minutes and after 24–48 hours, without leaving resinous traces even with P240
• High elasticity ensures strong adhesion to metallic substrates under continuous mechanical stress
