Overview
The Predator is a portable high-pressure breathing-air compressor designed for filling diving cylinders and professional breathing-air applications. It combines a 3-stage pumping unit with an integrated purification stage to deliver treated air up to defined final pressures.

3-stage high pressure pumping unit

• Aluminum monoblock machined on a horizontal machining center for precision
• Nebulizer lubrication with oil-immersed shank and a low-pressure, constant-flow pump coupled to the shaft
• Suction filter: 10 µ (micron)
• Pipes, fittings and nuts in AISI 316 stainless steel
• Forged aluminum connecting rods and forged steel crankshaft with hardened rings
• Safety valves including a PED‑certified final safety valve

Electric motor
Electric motor transfers motion to the pumping unit via belt. Available in single-phase or three-phase versions from 3 kW depending on model.

Purification system - Maxifilter
The Maxifilter uses combined molecular sieve and activated carbon cartridges to remove moisture, oil vapors and contaminants. When fitted with original cartridges it enables air treatment compliant with DIN EN 12021. Installed after the 2nd/3rd stage separator and before the pressure maintenance valve. Filter capacity (inlet air at 20°C and 200 bar): 890 m³.

Automatic condensate drain with timer
Automatic condensate drainage removes accumulated water every 7 minutes to simplify operation and reduce maintenance. Equipment:

• 2 timers
• 2 solenoid valves

Autostop system (Autostop)
Automatic shutdown stops the unit when final pressure is reached to avoid energy waste and unnecessary wear. Equipment:

• 1 pressure switch
• Available final pressures: 230 bar (safety valve 250 bar) and 300 bar (safety valve 330 bar)

Frame and handling
Steel frame with scratch‑resistant black powder coating (RAL 9005), designed for easy maintenance and equipped with carrying handles for safe movement.
