Description

Adi-TC® is an insulation system designed for turbochargers. It is extremely leak-proof and safe. This solution minimises heat loss and retains the high efficiency of energy generation. Adi-TC® insulation solution minimises heat loss and retains the high efficiency of the engine’s energy generation. Adi-TC® -solution meets the SOLAS requirements for surface temperatures, the purpose of which is to improve fire and personal safety. According to the SOLAS requirements, surface temperature must not exceed +220°C. Thanks to the modular structure of the product, the insulation performance of Adi-TC® can be significantly increased according to the customer’s requirements. When needed due to the requirements of personal safety, for example, the surface temperature can be reduced to below +60°C. The product also meets ATEX requirements. LONG LIFE AND QUICK TO DISMANTLE AND INSTALL – THE MOST ECONOMICALLY ADVANTGEOUS INSULATION SOLUTION Adi-TC® is constructed of metal modules attached to each other. The insulating material is encased inside the modules. Thanks to its modular structure, the product is easy to install, dismantle and reinstall. No special tools or employees specialised in installation are needed to open the module, as the lock can be opened with a normal hex-key. The modular components are light and easy to handle. Servicing can be carried out quickly and easily by one person. The modular structure gives the product long life: it can be removed and reinstalled numerous times, while its insulation performance remains exactly as efficient as when new.
