The Typhoon 22/10 Military has been designed for use in military applications however this craft can be adapted to suit other needs if required.
The Hull structure is Kevlar/Carbon composite strengthened with Kevlar/Carbon PVC foam cored longitudinal and transverse frames. The lower air chamber void is filled with polyurethane foam for additional impact strength and buoyancy. The bottom skin is ridged and curved in to the bow for greater tensile strength, and to reduce wave impact.
1 x standard door as well as a sliding door, giving a total opening of 2.5 meters. These are fitted to both sides of the main cabin area to facilitate access of personnel and equipment. The bridge has seating for 3 as standard with room for Chart table. Windows are high impact laminated glass, ballistic glass is optional. The bridge forward windows have wipers and de-icers. A hatch is positioned aft of the bridge to access the equipment placed on the superstructure roof and to act as an escape hatch. Optional Bow door to allow for vehicle access to the cargo bay. Inner water tight doors fitted to comply with the code.

Our Landing Craft with Air Cushion (LCAC) is the cornerstone of the programme for the modernisation of the amphibious vehicles of the United States and is the revolutionary vehicle for amphibious operations capable of landing on over 70% of the world’s coastlines.
As shown in successful operations in Bangladesh, Liberia, Haiti and Kuwait, the LCAC is also suitable in the event of rescue operations following tidal waves and flooding.
The LCAC can travel over snow, swamps, ice, tundra, desert and sand. Travelling at 50 knots with sea conditions of 2, the LCAC has 350 miles’ autonomy maintaining 20% of its fuel reserves.
On land it should be pointed out that it can easily overcome barricades and obstacles up to four feet high.
Designed to function in extreme temperatures, the LCAC tolerates climates varying from the cold of the Artic to the heat of the Sahara. Whether operating on the bridge or an amphibious cargo ship, in the middle of the waves or inland, the LCAC is able to provide incomparable performances with any other existing vehicle.
