Trimod'Besta

Besta AG was founded in 1966 as a100% subsidiary of Bachofen Holding AG in Uster. As of October 2015 the company was merged with the Bachofen Automation business unit. The Trimod'Besta Level, Flow, Pressure and Temperature products are developed and produced in Uster, and distributed worldwide through around 45 country representatives. About 85% of the product sales are generated abroad.

Markets and positioning
In the area of level measurement technology, Trimod'Besta focuses on the process industry and shipbuilding. Through the high quality of its product and its decades of experience, Trimod'Besta enjoys a strong market position and customer acceptance. Wherever durability and long service life are expected, where approvals from recognized test laboratories are required and where the application conditions require high standards, Trimod'Besta level switches have been used successfully for more than 40 years.
