ENVIROSHIELD is a versatile, odorless and NON VOC release agent designed specifically to meet the "Green Chemistry" requirements around the world. ENVIROSHIELD is recommended for applications requiring multiple releases, superior surface finish with high gloss and easy touch-up for seamless production cycles. ENVIROSHIELD gives outstanding release performance when applied over SEALER GP. Zyvax ENVIROSHIELD chemically bonds to the mold surface and when applied correctly, will not transfer to the molded part, or other processing equipment. Micro polymer resin prevents build-up on mold and high lubricity allows quick effortless demolding.
