Zwaardvis Pilot seats are very easy to assemble because of a well designed construction. No tools are necessary as the columns are held into the basses by means of a non locking taper. There is an extensive range of pedestals which can be adjusted n height, turn through 360 degrees and slide forward and aft.
Zwaardvis products are produced from aluminum that is light in weight and corrosion resistant. All parts are made from either extruded aluminum profiles or high pressure or mould castings. Delrin plastic which has natural lubricating properties is used for all bushes therefore no additional greasing necessary for years of trouble free use.
