FY 61 n°1 comes realized using exclusively carbon fiber for the realizations of the hull, of the blanket and of the structures, while the n°2 it will come realized in hybrid roving glass-kevlar with reinforces in carbon in the structures and the blanket. These choices, besides to allow to contain the weights, allow to obtain a great rigidity to structural level. Both these characteristics are determining in order to obtain exceptional performances, or to sail that to engine.
The first boat under construction is characterized from the sollevabile keel, that it allows to pass from an inferior draft to the two meters, till a draft nearly 4 meters.
