Honeycomb panels provide excellent structural performance and are extremely lightweight. Honeycomb can be produced in your option of nomex, plastic and carbon and aluminum. These panels are also available in 1/8—5” (3-130mm) x 4’ x 8’ (2440 x 1220mm) up to 5’ x 10’ (3050 x 1530mm). These panels are also available laminated with FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic), HPL (High Pressure Laminates), marine plywood and/or decorative wood veneers increasing the mechanical properties of the core by stabilizing the cell walls and increasing thermal and acoustic insulation properties. The size and thickness are controlled to excellent tolerances.
