West Mekan designs, manufactures and supplies shaft brackets. The brackets come complete with or without water-lubricated bearings. Moulded brackets are supplied in bronze with a NACA profile for optimal water flow to the propeller. Brackets in steel, acid-resistant steel and aluminium are supplied fully welded with a profile according to the client’s wishes for shafts with a diameter up to 150 mm.
