Barograph

A barograph is the traditional method of recording the change in barometric pressure at sea onto a paper line graph. From the paper graph, you can easily predict the changes in weather for up to 24 hours. It’s a great aid for trip planning, and once on the water it can prevent weather-related errors.
This German-made barograph is housed in a rich mahogany case with glass sides and a polished brass handle for easy access. The single “AA” battery operated quartz movement requires no winding and is more accurate than key-wound movements. The barograph readings are marked with a felt-tip pen that lasts 6-9 months. It is furnished with a one-year supply of weekly charts, a “AA” battery, and one felt tip pen. Both inch and millibar charts are available. Replacement pens and charts can be purchased separately.
Case dimensions: 7.75” x 5” x 5.2”. Weight: 3lbs.
Chart size: 3-5/8”. Chart range: 28.5 to 31 inches. Chart duration: 7 days.
#410-C, Classic Barograph has a Suggested Retail Price of $675.
