WATERTIGHT BULKHEADS
Watertight bulkheads are located at the forward end of the owners cabin and the forward and aft ends of the engine room. Access to the engine room is via a watertight door through the aft bulkhead.
MAIN PROPULSION
Main propulsion is provided by a single Lugger 6125A marine diesel engine, producing 300 Brake Horsepower through ZF gears to an Aquamet shaft turning a Michigan propeller. GENERATORS Power generation is provided a Northern Lights 20 kW generator. The electrical system provides for both marina connections and mechanical charging using a Atlas Shorpower converter and a Mass battery charger. 230V outlets and systems are supplied from a Mass 230V Power Inverter. THRUSTERS Two fixed Arcturus 30 hp hydraulic thrusters are fitted fore and aft. STEERING Two steering stations are fitted. The master station in the wheelhouse and secondary station on the flybridge are fitted with Mini Marex throttles. Both stations are wheel-steered via a power-assisted Sumner helm pump.TANKAGE
Black and Grey water tanks are built into the hull structure with facilities for overboard or dockside discharge. Fuel and water tanks are built into the hull structure with a total fuel capacity of approximately 7 000 L and a total water capacity of 2 000 L. A 1200 Gal. per day desalinator is also installed.
