In addition to its remarkable capabilities of underwater communication, navigation and location, the UTC UDI includes a fully functional RGBM NITROX diving computer, licensed by Dr. Bruce R. Wienke.

Graphic screen with large fonts and backlight that displays different gas mixture, deep stop, safety stops, full decompression info, ascent rate alarm, real time clock and graphic illustration of the nitrogen level at the tissues on real time. Also there is a safe option to pass the diving computer for a new user without waiting of 24 hours,
The UTC UDI is incorporated with 3D digital compass with correction of elevations of up to ±60⁰.
The UTC UDI unit also comprises a data logger and a dive book with capability of storing 100 dives. All dives can be downloaded to a PC using the DiveSim™ software. The software enables managing the dive log book, present depth profile and the diving computer data at any time, in graphical form.

If you wish to use the UTC UDI only for communication, navigation purposes then gauge mode is available.
