The Brigadoon 56 is a new approach to cruiser/racer. The raised salon is an adaptation of the larger pilothouse cruisers, the 65' Sirona and the 88' Sharman. The target of excellent distance race performance called for lightweight and sturdy construction utilizing Aramid fibers. Experience with the very successful Baltic 50 was as asset in developing the design and structure of this performer.
