This product enables construction to be improved by reducing the weight by up to 80 % compared to plywood and increasing the performance of boats.

PVC foam is used for the core in the manufacture of sandwich structures. It occupies a unique position in the international market for composite materials for several reasons :
- Foam with closed cells with a three dimensional network structure which gives it high dimensional and thermal stability ;
- Excellent mechanical properties. The insulation values are constant due to the highly accurate control of the expansion process, which enables cells which are 100 % closed and impermeable to be obtained ;
- Does not support combustion and extinguishes itself spontaneously :
Fire classification M1 ;
- Does not include any Freon gas ;
- Resistant to hydrocarbons, alkalis, diluted acids, methyl alcohol, sea water, petrol and diesel fuel, and can be used with polyester, vinylester and epoxy resins ;
- Contains no CFCs.
Internal fitting out of boats, for partitions and doors, combining lightness, insulation and rigidity. When weight is the enemy, these panels present many advantages : higher speed, improved autonomy, higher payload and reduced fuel consumption.
