At last a comfortable weight harness, the Torelli Armadillo is the answer to lower back problems associated with weight belts. The Armadillo has the capacity to redistribute up to 5kg from your weight belt. No weight is placed uncomfortable on your shoulder blades and with the soft padded backing we guarantee the Armadillo to be the most comfortable weight harness you will ever use. The Armadillo has an adjustable tab secured under you weight belt to stop the harness riding up when in an inverted position during descent. This tab also stops the weight belt falling of your hips and takes up the strain when walking some distance whilst shore diving. This tab does not connect directly to the weight belt and is designed not interfere with the weight belt in the case of an emergency dumping. The hook and loop inner secures the lead weights and the soft outer provides padding against your back. The Armadillo is also easily removed if required via adjustable shoulder quick release buckles. Note that as the Armadillo has no straps across the chest there is no restriction to Apnea.
