The latter is made with curved battens to follow the curve of the hull or cabin house. All of the decks are made from quarter sawn Tectona grandis - the best teak available. The decks are shipped pre-fabricated which significantly reduces installation time and sanding as 95% of the work is done prior to shipping on our lofting floor. Decks are available in a kit form - we will build to your template and ship a crate with all materials in. Also available in turn-key fashion where technicians will template your vessel, fabricate the deck and install it on site.
