JSC "Damen Shipyards Okean", Ukraine in Nikolaev delivered a further multipurpose dry cargo vessel with superstructure and engine room in aft part, which fulfils the latest international demands on Tuesday (January 30). Yard number 124 is the sixth vessel of this type for JSSC Ukrrichflot in Kyiv (Ukraine). The vessel was named Mykola Slavov by Josine Louise Carli, spouse of Kommer Damen, President of Damen Shipyards Group.

JSSC Ukrrichflot ordered a total of nine multipurpose dry cargo vessels with superstructure and engine room in aft part. Four out of nine vessels are with container transportation in holds and on hatch covers. Five vessels were delivered between November 2005 and November 2006.
