At 26'6", the Southport 26 has a wide 9'6" beam to provide adequate buoyancy for two four-stroke outboards totalling up to 500 horsepower.

The new boat is a collaboration of the Southport design team, Hunt Associates and Gerrard Design. The all-fiberglass model utilizes a unitized, foam-filled fiberglass stringer system grid to support the 22-degree deadrise continuously variable vee hull design. A self-bailing cockpit inner liner and deck ring complete the four-piece design.
