Comfortable and Stylish
Design and construction of a new day charter catamaran such as the SIXTYFIVECat where comfort, style and safety are together has been a challenging task.
SMC ITALIA and Naval Architect Carlo Bertorello wanted to take up this project to fulfill the wishes of owners and charter companies looking for improved performances in comfort, reliability and appeal.
The starting point and the key factors of SIXTYFIVECat are ergonomics and life on board. Sailing and living on board, are a sequence of moments spent together with people that you like. We conceived these moments according to the various user profiles: family boating, friendly meetings, weddings, team building and charter, but also to accommodate the different professional crew that such a vessel requires.
Gentle and precise styling give the boat a unique and refined personality.
The relationship between the hull and the superstructures is subtly drawn and harmonious.
The cockpit, with double access points allows safe and comfortable movement onboard, organised into several areas, it offers more than 50 sm of outdoor living space sheltered by the hard-top and sun awnings.
The bow massive nets offer an impressive additional living space.
The deck layout offers a promenade protected by a rail, which enables the guests to walk all around the boat safely and affords the boat an elegant and refined profile.
